Siham Ayele is a very enthusiastic individual who has made it her life purpose to make her community a better place for future generations. She believes in the potential and role that youth play in the socio-economic and political development of Ethiopia. She is currently leading and is mainly responsible for coming up with innovative ideas, designing, implementing and overseeing projects.

In the past 6 years, she has involved herself and worked in the areas of socio-economic development. She worked as a junior consultant with Creative Global Solutions (CGS); with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on work surrounding the sustainable development goals – with a focus on entrepreneurship – leading to the setting up of the Ethiopian Entrepreneurship Center; with Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) for the South and North Sudan peace delegation; and with the Centre for Accelerated Women’s Economic Empowerment (CAWEE) on women’s economic empowerment. She has received a certificate in leadership and mentorship training from the University for Peace (UPEACE) and hold her B.A at the Addis Ababa University with Political Science and International Relations
